An old woman came out of the house, brushing dust off her apron . She gasped when she saw Author. "Take him inside." she said.
Frederick grinned. He held onto Scarlett's hand and took her over to one of the many food stalls.
She walked beside him. Silk followed.
Amy laid Author on his bed and backed away.
The old woman walked over to Author. "Go get me water and some rags." she told Amy.
Amy nodded and left.
The old woman gingerly touched Author's forehead. "What happened?" she calmly asked Benjamin.
Author looked almost dead. If it wasn't for the fact that he was breathing and still had a pulse, Amy would have thought as much.
The woman frowned. Amy had already ruled out dehydration and altitude illness. "I can blame my daughter for all this..." she muttered as she check the boy's pulse.Avie followed Silk excitedly. Frederick grinned. "What do you want to eat?"

The woman took one of them and forced Author to drink some of it.
