Rigs landed in front of Amy's house.

"Grand-mère!!" Amy yelled, getting off Rigs and picking up Author.

An old woman came out of the house, brushing dust off her apron . She gasped when she saw Author. "Take him inside." she said.

Derla landed outside. Benjamin jumped off and followed Amy into the little house.

Amy laid Author on his bed and backed away.

The old woman walked over to Author. "Go get me water and some rags." she told Amy.

Amy nodded and left.

The old woman gingerly touched Author's forehead. "What happened?" she calmly asked Benjamin.

Author looked almost dead. If it wasn't for the fact that he was breathing and still had a pulse, Amy would have thought as much.

She walked beside him. Silk followed.

Avie followed Silk excitedly. Frederick grinned. "What do you want to eat?"

"I don't know, he fainted. We tried to wake him up, but he kept getting weaker." Benjamin replied.

The woman frowned. Amy had already ruled out dehydration and altitude illness. "I can blame my daughter for all this..." she muttered as she check the boy's pulse.

Amy came back and gave the woman what she asked for.

The woman took it and went about trying to bring Author's fever down. "Amelia, you know what we need."

Amy nodded and left again. She came back with a few bottles.
The woman took one of them and forced Author to drink some of it.

She smiled, "you're being really kind," she said nicely, "something simple, like a salad would do just fine." She said kindly.
