There seems so be some debate on hatching temperature. I was wondering if anyone had opinions/different results with 99.5 vs 100 Degrees F?

hatching temp should be 37.4 - 37.6C ideal 37.5C

translate

99.35 - 99.68F Ideal 99.515 Rounded off 99.5F

so (37.78) 100F would be too high but not fatal

but possible deformities to weaker eggs

I don't keep my incubator at a perfect steady temperature. The temperature of the house fluctuates a lot, and so does the temp inside the incubator. The foam on the incubator does a pretty good job of keeping it MOSTLY steady, but it still goes up and down 2-3 degrees. I adjust it until the temperature range is BETWEEN 99 and 102, and I've had no problems with hatch-rate at all!

Thank you for your responses! It has been balancing between 99.3 and 99.6 so I guess I will leave it as is! :)
