You have to decide what to do. Eggs incubated at to low a temperature will hatch later than 21 days. In addition it can cause a number of problems with the chicks. No matter what people say, chicks that hatch in 23, 24 or 25 days is not a normal process. In 30 years of hatching I have never had chicks, pheasants, quail, or Ducks hatch later than what their supposed to.
