99% sure she is an EE hen, but her color throws me off.

She's a very pretty EE pullet.

As the other posters mentioned, EE hens definitely come in white too - I don't have any the color of yours, but here's a few of my lighter colored ones - all but the Buff Orpington are EE pullets.
