9mo old hen sittin on eggs

we didnt know we had a rooster hatch at christmas last year but thats what it looks like[only one egg hatched and they were supposed to be all hens],we have 3 hens that we got last winter and were told they hatched in october of 2012 now one of them is sitting on about 5 or 6 eggs,we're not really sure what to do at this point

You can check if the eggs are fertile by shining a light through the eggs. If you don't want your hen to hatch chicks you can "break" her out of the broody thing.

If you do want chicks, then I guess you just leave her be and make sure she has food and water. If the eggs aren't fertile, you could always buy some from the store for her to sit on.
