A 4h demonstration question

First off, I am sorry if this is in the wrong catergory

Ok, I have 4h demos next week but I have no clue what to do. I need some help. It needs to be easy to understans sice I am in a horse club(without a horse ) and only a few people have poultry in the club

I cant wash a bird since I broke my stupid thumb!

Then showmanship it is

have a hand out of parts of the chicken, the basic showmanship procedure, so they can follow along.
