I'm not scared! I cast my vote for the first time in my life today, sat up eagerly with my younger siblings as we watched election coverage, cheered and danced when the results were released and cried tears of joy during his acceptance speech~! I thought it was all really interesting, and I was amazed that even "red" states were moved to push for Obama. All I can say is "Yes we can"!

What a story to tell my grandkids someday!~

Thank you and the same to you. I wish I was has optomistic but I fear I am not when the first thing our new president is going to do is put 1000's out of work by killing the coal industry.

I fear for the next four years and it is going to be a bumpy ride. I will admit and say I did not vote for our future president and never once considered voting for him nor did I vote for the other guy, they both are very bad choices for this country. I voted for Ron Paul by write in. Shame he was railroaded out of the campaign.

I am terribly concerned about our future and the changes coming. ZooMommy not all changes are good and that will soon be a proven fact unfortunately.


Canada is looking better all the time...I do have snow shoes so I am pretty set and I will just have to built a new castle for the girls cause my chickens go with me if I go. LOL

I'm sick and scared. I wish we didn't have so many sheeple in this country.

I wonder if we will ever have another election..... time to start preping. Gotta buy some more ammo and stock up on food. I'ld recommend you all do the same.
