Hi all it's been a while since i was on here as i had haven't had any chucks for a couple of years since some coward broke into my garden and kicked all of my old ones to death. But i can't help myself i miss having them around so a new higher fence that the panels can't be removed and lockable gate later, I'm getting a new coop and a new flock within the month so happy days again. And all the joys of my feathered friends.

How tragic - maybe an electrified fence would be even better punishment for the sickos that did that to your hens. Glad to have you back. Maybe you could get a outdoor camera to show who does what and provide proof for police.
 
Goodness that makes me fee sick to the stomach. Poor poor hens :hit

Sounds nice and secure - like the idea of a camera too. Are your chooks far from your house?

I do like the idea of a camera i think i will be going with that. No my Chucks will be close to my house the coop will be about 20ft from the house this time so i will be able to keep a eye on them.
