A bird haunting...not for faint of heart..

I have chicken as a totem... I've never been eaten as the birds and squirrels are my friends I named the 3 squirrels that come to NY house for corn every day the names are Thomas James and cora the girl and the other two are boys.

I name squirrels too, I have "soon to be extinct", "Fried with olive oil and batter,' and " Fur lined hat".


I like names that are descriptive of their place in society.

I have had squirrel quarters and backstrap - not with chickadee breasts. A squirrel totem would just be nuts.

Well now, I guess I have to rethink the totem thing. Mike reminded me that if I sat under a tree on a hill in South Carolina, fire ants would come to me! Guess I will wait for cooler weather.....
