A Bit of Variety in Egg size

So if this is a normal egg,

Then we seem to have a hummingbird,

And if that is normal egg and small egg, we must have an EMU!!!!!

My son asked which one did that and Ken said "The one that walking funny"

All normal. They large one is more then likely a double yolker.

My RIR's & BSL's lay to dino sized eggs. RSL lay various sizes.

If it is a triple you better post a pic. I had an egg that was just shy of 4 inches that I was sure was a triple but it turned out to be 2 full sized yolks. I dream of the day when I get a triple.

We have had eggs that big and they have always had really large single yolks. They are cool and not so cool at the same time. They are hard to store, but we love to eat them!
