I just have to share real fast........I was in a job which I LOVED, but hated the BS that went along with it. Swore when I finally left there, that I would never work with 13 women (13 sets of hormones in one small space is NO fun) again in my life (with fingers crossed that I would never have to).

Anyway, DH and I wanted to expand our family, we lost 3 in the process over the course of 6 years while I battled the work BS. One week after I gave notice, I discovered I was carrying my now 14 yo boy.

Not saying this is the reason you were laid off, but, I do think I'm hearing a faint knocking sound. Could be opportunity......

Carrie, I am so sorry about Nugget. I'm going to say I'm sorry about the job because sometimes something like that makes us make a change.
