OMG so glad there is a blue contest!! That is about all I have!!

Fun Facts or Story: He thinks he is the toughest bird on the block, until the SLW comes around the corner!

Age (if possible): approx 3 years (and 4 weeks old)
Fun Facts or Story: Her name means 'banana' in chinese!! My 3 year old DS learned a new word from his fortune cookie!

Last but not least...baby blue splash!!

Age (if possible): 1 2-day-old (in front) and 2 1-day-olds (in back)
Fun Facts or Story:

I'm not sure of the parentage of the adult birds, but the light splash babies in the second pic are xiang jiao's and Big Poppa's, and the darker blues with xiang jiao are from a red auracana mix hen, a black cochin hen, and a black birchen game mix hen.
The 3 splash babies in the last pic are Little Girl's and Big Poppa's.

Name: Blue Boy (Black rooster X Blue Hen)
Age: 2 years old
Story: I was looking for a blue Ameraucana rooster for my black hens. I was about to have one shipped from MI, when I got an email from the breeder where I got my Ameraucanas. I guess Blue was a friend's rooster. The friend had to get rid of her chickens and Blue was on the food list. I got him and love him. He is great with the girls. I can't wait to get a better picture of him. He is molting right now.

Story: These are my first blue chicks out of Blue boy and my black hens.
