A chick my broody hen hatched seems to have gotten attacked by something and now has a hole in its side, is there anything I can do?

I found the chick Sitting on a log, it is about 6 days old, it isnt too lethargic, every time it peeps poop seems to come out of the hole, I have it wrapped in some paper towels for now.

Clean the wound with sterile saline solution in a spray bottle, you can make it yourself. Then blot it dry with a clean towel or paper towel and coat it with a triple antibiotic ointment that does NOT contain pain reliever. Do this twice daily and keep the chick in a clean area, making sure flies can't get to it to lay eggs in the wound.

It doesnt seem to be, its more underneath the thigh, I think the reason it looks like the vent is because I was holding the leg a little forward
Can you get some more photos?

The hole is at the leg, do you see the chick's vent too?
