A chicken adopted me

I don't think it was moldy food but seriously, I have no idea what my neighbors were feeding her. One said she was feeding her wild bird food and that she saw she liked to pick out the sunflower seeds. I was feeding her a chicken diet of cracked corn and meal worms that I had just bought just for her, it was fresh from the store. Can you buy it moldy? Then, once I saw she was laying eggs I bought a 24# bag of pellets that were for laying hens. The guy at the feed and seed told me it already had the oyster shell in it and that I need not add more to her diet.
 
Here are a few photos of the hen that showed up. When she first showed up she looked pretty rough and was smaller... this is what she looked like while she was still eating and drinking on her own. She will no longer eat and drink with out me forcing it down her. I'm worried that I'm not feeding her enough or too much or the wrong things. It has been quite stressful because I'm afraid if I mess up she will die.
