Isn't it fun to watch animals that are good mamas? I loved watching my cat. She was such a good mom. She nursed her kittens forever! She used to come and lay down with me while I was nursing the baby and the kittens would follow and we would all nurse together.

Is it only the hen?

Are the duck and the hen in cahoots?
If there is a plot afoot, do they know about the dog door?
