a couple of questions about my new Hova-Bator Genesis

I ordered the 1588 from Cutler's last Friday and it came in this afternoon. Maybe the backorder thing is now not an issue and they have them in.

I tested 2 Genesis for 6-8 hours both held right on 99-100 the full test.

The red light indicates heat, when it is on, the heater is on, when its blinking its on and off, on off and so on regulating the temperature. The turner turns slowly like a clock. Hope this helps.

I think what you're seeing is the light going on and off because the incubator is turning the heat on/off to maintain temperature. A consistent (correct) temperature is good.
