a couple questions-one more question

Sometimes they are sticky looking and take much much longer to dry completely and fluff. If the room is draft free and really warm you can clean it off and wash up really quick with warm water and then get dry and under the heat ASAP.

Thank you to all who replied. My little "fighter" is still doing well. Believe it or not, she is actually walking and made her way to rest her head on some eggs. I still have her in an incubator that I am hatching out. I fed her some sugar water and cleaned her up. She has like an air sac around her scapula area by her wing, I wonder what that is all about? I guess I will move her in with the others but in a small box of her own soon. She just seems to be content with the eggs in the bator, lol. Oh and as soon as I cleaned her butt area she pooped! Thats my chickie, lol.
