Lol please excuse my ugly nail at 500x you see things that aren't there in 1x. I tried to crop it but could not find the file. So there you have it. So what now last two toes are one. How's that going to work? As the chick grows weird things will happen pulling splitting...yikes!

The only pic I saw was the one with the feet covered in poop ... if it's dried you can probably crack it off or soak in warm water to remove ...

I have never had to do this, but have heard of it being done. And I can't see clearly enough in your picture to see if it would be possible based on the toes positions.
Just passing it on for info, if you have an avian vet and it's an option I might go that route.

Thats not poop, these are fresh out of the incubator. I’m very experienced in poop btw That is all skin, enlarge the picture on a bigger screen if you can. I had a friend send me a link, I have to cut the webbing between the toes. Anyone want to do that for me

Coach!, thank you so much, that was an awesome video, that helps us so much to see it demonstrated. Ahhh still don’t want to do it but know I have to. It’s going to be very tricky smaller feet, feathered, and a bad curl on the longest toe.

Lol chicknanny that’s ok, when we do it I think we will use a new fresh box cutter blade. I think and hope you have more precision and shouldn’t hurt as much, thinking of the times I’ve been cut rather then a paper cut which sucks. Nervous to be honest my DH will probably be the cutter.

Didn't watch the video prior to replying but got the drift when I saw the scissors Just watched sort of watched it, closed my eyes when the snip came The chick did very well I thought, cute how all it wanted to do was snuggle in the hand. Good luck
