A day late pics included update

had 4 eggs in the incubator due to hatch Thanksgiving day well... 2 pipped yesterday and 3 hatched today. One more to go. Looks like maybe its trying has a tiny piece of shell off. Dont know if the other chicks did it doesnt look like a normal pip, so keep your fingers crossed this last one hatches.
