Granny's gone and done it again

could have a partly contributed to the other leg going ??
Entirely possible. In fact, having to put all my weight on my right leg, the one previously damaged last year, is making it scream and yell Uncle as well. This year there is no hobbling down the hall to bathroonm on the walker, I am really limited to about an 8-square foot area right around the recliner. Well .... maybe down the hall once a day. In the wheelchair.
You might contact the local schools and ask. They don't always seem to advertise well.
Thanks, I'll look into it. Something's got to give!

I went with DH to his oncologist today and he reached his goal..... He got to ring the bell at the hospital while the nurses waved their party sticks. Among the congratulations, the ringing bell was his announcement that he is in remission.
I think it's a neat thing the hospital does.
He talked about it all week and at the last minute he almost shied away from all the attention

Farms, that's AWESOME!!! So happy for bith of you! DH#1 got to do that, too, at the Fred Hutchison Cancer Research Center in Seattle. It was a big deal and gave closure to his 100 days of treatment. It was joy. I'm sure the nurses enjoyed it as much as we did. Congratulations to both of you, you have been amazing in taking care of him. ❤️

Also, I dont know what kind of insurance/Medicare you have, but many of them will pay for in house help of some sort if you are medically unable to move much.

have heard ringing the bell is a surprisingly satisfying feeling, I believe it's fairly common for cancer places to do for remission.

Thank you! He has been extra happy and keeps commenting'that was sweet'. I'm glad I encouraged him to ring it at the last minute when he started shying away from the attention
