A dog attacked my chicken! Help!

So i woke up yesterday to my chickens screaming and my dogs going crazy, i run outside to these two dogs running around my backyard with one of my chickens in its mouth. We chase the dogs around and finally he drops her, she seems okay but on her back are some nasty teeth marks and gashes. We put her in a separate big dog pen with food and water in a different outdoor pen than my other chickens. This morning i let her out and she seems to be losing her balance and just standing there, pecking around every once and a while. I looked at her cuts and one has white pus on it and i don't know what to do, should i put peroxide and neosporin on it? She is also pooping weird goo and yellow liquid...? Any other things i can do? She is only one of my 3 hens and a rooster so please any help!?

Your hen sounds to have developed an infection from the bites; a vet is your best bet. Clean and disinfect the wounds, but it sounds like the infection has spread. At this point use what you have to clean the wounds. Again, consider taking her to a vet. Another suggestion, ask your question in the advanced search box at the top of this page. My dad says he won't pay for the vet... :/ I just found another like hole on her side eich looks pretty nasty, I tried to take some pics
