A Featherless Neck?? where'd the feathers go?

Okay, one more question about my new chicks! I was aware that there would be an exotic chick thrown in the mix of brown egg layers, but there are 2 with absolutely NO feathers on their necks! They look normal & healthy otherwise.. By the way, I am so glad you all are here! Its so much more helpful to be able to ask questions than to google everything! xxoo!

They are called "naked necks" or "turkens". I love mine. They are very sweet birds.
