A fertile egg? What is the mark inside?

While collecting eggs this morning, one fell and broke. When I looked closer, I saw a werird germ spot - there is a circle but there's also a brown spot in the middle.
There is a rooster in the coop. The egg was lays today do no chance it was incubated ...
Sorry fir the mess, as I said, it fell to the ground and broke...

It doesn't look like it to me. I don't see rings around the blastodisk.

What you're seeing is probably a blood spot. I don't see a blastodisc or blastoderm on that side of the egg.
