I hear you! It's VERY difficult to deal with a loss, especially a loss of multiple birds at once, but it does happen.
I'm a little late to the issue here, but I'm pretty sure your remaining birds are still in shock, even if they were not attacked directly. Try to keep things quiet for them and don't move them around too much over the next few days as they slowly work their way out of the trauma they just faced. NOTE: Even if a bird wasn't attacked directly, the bird most likely saw the other bird attacked, so she's VERY afraid and likely in shock.
Best thing you can do for the birds now is:
1) SECURE the run and coop to prevent further attacks.
2) Make sure the remaining birds have a quiet place to recover (mentally and emotionally) from the attack. Find a place free from noise, excessive movement, and even light. Provide food and water, and visit them a few times a day and talk softly to them, reassuring them that they're ok and things will be alright. Make sure they have food and water.
3) Giving electrolytes can help with shock. Gatorade is a good choice, and you can make your own electrolyte mix from online recipes (water, salt, sugar). Run a search.
TIME is what heals shock, so give them and yourself time to recover...
