Hi,

In case you wonder, I am from Holland. Let me know what you think.
These are windows media video files, click to view...

Our fallowdeer and 3 main breeds of the benelux: lakenvelder, hamburgh, brakel

These were the best hens in Holland a few years back. I want those tails on my pullets.

These are all dun (chocolate) animals. What do you think of the lakenvelderbantams? The combs show some frostbite, pitty. It wasn't that cold though.

I like the type of this young LF cockerel. You?

This is the european sparrowhawk, a male. Look at his eyes.

Merry Christmas...

Thanks for sharing!

That was fun! I enjoyed seeing your fallow deer.

I don't know anything about standards for type, etc for Lakenvelder. So, no help from me there. But, all of the chickens are beautiful.

The sparrowhawk is neat!

AMAZING videos! Thanks for taking the time to post them.
So the hen with the white head/neck and barring on the rear is called a Brakel?
It's my favorite in the video and it reminds me of an Eagle.
I didn't know deer could be kept like that either. Love the eyes on those deer!

Henk your birds are beautiful! I believe I've told you before that I wished that I could have some of your birds! I love the bantams too!
