A few have hatched

We had 3 hatch within a few hours of each other 2 days ago. Have one that made a hole yesterday and this evening still have just the hole. Should this one have help? Still have a dozen more that we are waiting on. How long should we wait till I should check/ or help? First time trying to hatch..

I would just wait it out. If its healthy, it will hatch. What day are you on? I have had some pipped for a long time before zipping. My advice is to just be patient. You will probably have a chick in the morning.
