Thanks. I didn't notice the roof panels. Right now it looks like we will be putting our run in under some trees, so a solid roof is better for us as well, but th ecost is hard to swallow.

I wonder if I can get some corrigated roofing at a scrap yard or something.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. Hopefully, the ladies will be permanently in their new home this coming week. Two of them still have down a few places on them and the weather is suppose to be in the 50's at night. Mama is "chicken" to put them out there overnight, just yet.

Your hubby could seriously "build" a part-time income stream for the family by advertising on CL for scrap and recycled materials, and then setting up this same beautiful hen palace for other chicken fanciers in your area.
