A Few Questions About Brinsea Mini II Advance

I just borrowed a Brinsea Mini II Advance from a friend so I have a few more spaces for eggs in addition to my incubator. My questions:
I cleaned it with diluted bleach when I received it, will that harm the eggs? I rinsed it well. There is some fluff in the 'ceiling' I cannot remove it, is that ok?
Should I have the cooling setting on?
Do I need to order a hatching mat?
Do I need to order the cover for the water reservoir?
What turning angle should I have it on for chicken eggs?
How do I stop turning for lock down?
How full should the exterior reservoir be to maintain proper humidity?

I would start here. I believe the turne3r turns off automatically when the hatch countdown reqches 3 days. I do not think the hatching mat is necessary. They're basically cardboard you could probably make one if you felt you needed it. I believe the water reservoir is a 2 chamber system. I am not sure how humidity is monitored, but I think it is adjusted by filling 1 or both chambers. Disclaimer:I just ordered one of these. All answers are research based, not anecdotal.
