A fond farewell to Miss Penny.

It is with a sad heart that I post this but our sweet bantam hen has passed away. Miss Penny was 4 months old and just starting to cluck instead of chirp. She was the sweetest little girl you could have ever wanted. I found her on the roost this morning very lethargic, I got her down and she wouldn’t stand up and her neck was curved and shaking. She passed away about an hour after. Fare thee well Miss Penny you will be greatly missed.
