I am going to pick these up today. I am very excited because I have wanted frizzles for some time.

The seller does not know what breed or even if they are standard or bantams. They look like bantams to me, and I am assuming that they are cochins. Am I right? What is this color called?

Let's start the frizzle breeding debate:

I know not to breed the male and female frizzle. I was thinking of getting a couple female silkies or cochins. The result would either be some frizzles or sizzles, right? What color hens should I get and what would the results be?

I am so excited to start raising frizzle/sizzles!!

Looks just like my splash sizzle (that errs on the cochin side-single comb) Any babies you'll get will be blue I think. I used smooth white cochins to get blue frizzle cochin babies with 5 toes.

Most likely Cochin. Color doesn't matter cuz I like them anyhow.
Crossed a Red/blk bantam friz w/ a CM got one non friz and one friz. sex unknown but cute. She also laid a Del cross that was non friz. Looks like a Del. Not sure how big they will get but one guy who has one of her chicks says it's smaller than normal . The degree to which they friz varies.

Interesting that it has some silkie. The seller has no idea... (neither did I!)

In your opinions, should I breed it with a silkie or a cochin? What color offspring could I get with a splash roo?

This is fun!!

It depends on what you want to do with them. If you want to work on sizzles, breed to a silkie. If you want them to look more like cochins, breed to a cochin. With splash, if you breed to a black, you will get 100% blue offspring. If you breed to a blue, you will get 50% blue, 50% splash. If you breed to another splash, you will get 100% splash, although it isn't suggested that you breed splash x splash for more that a couple generations, as it washed out the splash.
