A great way to let everyone know who is out

I needed a sure way to let my husband know when The Ladies were out loose in the back yard so that he would not be caught unaware and let the dogs loose. Very Very Bad thing. So I made this adorable little sign that I hang on the back door when The Ladies are out and flip it around and leave in the window seal when they are in the coop.

The Ladies are playing and here is the back side when all is quiet.

That is so cute! All I did was a white sign saying "Birds are out" taped to the door knob until we fenced off a dog area.
