A growth on the side of my chicks chest?????

The chick we just got from feed store does not have a squishy growth, but a hard one on her left side of her chest......I'm kind of worried, but she seems fine for now....eating, drinking. She walks fine. She does peep A LOT.

She did have runny, liquidy poo, though.

Thanks, all.....the crop came back to normal. After reading many wise posts...I went out and bought probiotics, parakeet grit, and put apple cidar vinegar in the water. All chicks are integrated, settled or figuring it all out. We love our babies! Thank you for your help!
