A light gray Cuckoo Maran???

As you can see from the pictures below this Cuckoo Marans is light gray on top and almost white on the chest. All the others are dark. Is this a CM or not? Any ideas?

The very lightest colored ones are usually male. I had 4 we processed last fall.

I think the roosters are lighter than the pullets....maybe this is him changing?

I read where the roosters were lighter color, too. Out of 17 this is the only real light colored one that I have. You would think that there would be at least one more.

They are just one month old, so we will see. I hope I only have one rooster.
