A little confused

I don't know what your hen is. She doesn't look like a Wyandotte (I think they all have rose combs) and she is definitely not a Speckled Sussex. They have white spangles on dark feathers.
What color eggs does she lay?

She's still too young to lay any eggs, she's approximately 15 weeks old. She'll be laying soon.

Not buff or a Wyandotte..
Looks like a cross..

Where did you get them? I'd guess California Whites if it weren't for the buff-colored feathers.

I got her from a feed store. So, she is certainly not show-quality.

Maybe if I list the breeds they were selling in the same bin (just the ones I can remember) would help:

Brown Leghorns
Buff Orpington
Speckled sussex
Buff Wyandotte
Barred rock...

Those are the only breeds that I can remember at the moment.

I have Dekalb Amberlinks that have similar spots as yours this, and the color is just like them as well. By chance maybe its a Amberlink? Here are 2 pics of my Amberlinks, the 1st one having no spots and then 2nd one showing spots on the back. Only 2/6 of my Amberlinks have the spots right now.

Just a thought.

AS I realized you could barely see her spots I am going for a biger picture to try n help you out. My Amberlink babies are only 4 weeks old. Hope this comes out better n bigger so you can see.

That looks somewhat like her, only mine has a deeper buff color around her neck.

Also, do you guys think 'she' is a she? Because I noticed that she has very large red wattles and a large comb. But her neck feathers don't seem sharp enough to be hackles.

@ 15-weeks she'd likely be showing hackles, saddles and sickles. I think the wattles and comb you're seeing mean she's about to come into lay.
