So my 5 week old BO's kept trying to roost on top of their waterer so DBF put a shelf over the top to stop them from knocking the water over. They love the shelf -

It was much higher because I had other chickens in there at one time. We just lowered it and they found it!

But the waterer kills me. I have 11 girls and 1 boy and they always fight to get on that itty bitty shelf. DBF needs to get busy.
