7 m/o Hen Heavy Breathing, Fever?

Her legs have always been corn yellow. her skin does have a yellow tint, but not as bad as I've seen others here. I'll keep on the thistle.

I was more concerned about the redness and largeness of her under-vent area. It's not impacting her walking, It has no sores or baldness, just feathers spaced out more than normal. it's bot particularly firm, honestly if it wasn't red I wouldn't have noted it. I'm not super familiar with normal chicken anatomy.

She started feeling pretty bad yesterday, mostly sitting or standing with eyes closed. Not getting up to drink, but can stand on her own, so I've been bringing her water and torpedo feeding. Her urates are quite yellow with smooth green solids.

Val's urates are also getting lighter yellow and she's acting like a chicken, save for not eating well. She is 1,000% molting; tons of pin feathers coming in, and tons of old feathers coming out!

Bui's urates are white now, her poops are normal, she's behaving like a chicken. She's out with the other chickens for the afternoon and currently digging a hole to dust bathe in the sun. She eats and drinks on her own. I will continue with the milk thistle and Alpha with her until I've finished 7 days.

I've attached a photo of Goldie's rear end from this morning's butt bath here. It's probably not super useful, but it's the best I could get so far.

You can give her a little wash up and dry her with a flow drier if you wish.

The feathers are just clumped and dirty with some poop/debris. While you tend to her take note if there's any lice/mites.

Hopefully once she's getting through molt she'll begin to improve and feel better. Some seem to feel poorly during molt.
