So our new (okay nearly 3 months now, but still) house is on 8.77 acres, with a 1/3 acre pond (pre-stocked with catfish, we are SO spoiled
)... And dh is a woodworker, so he just bought himself the plans for a really cute little wooden canoe for the pond, perfect for he and our daughter (or me and the baby, though I'm happy sunning on the dock) to sit and fish in the pond.
He was apparently e-mailing w/ the gentleman who sells the plans, when this conversation was had..
"Yeah, I figured it was time to get the boat plans now before the wife wants another coop."
"Ooooh, yep, I know that problem. Best hurry."
I dunno if I'm insulted that he thinks I would demand that much work from him....
or REALLY entertained that he knows me that well..
or a little of both...
