A little worried about a pipped egg

I have this serama who started pipping and chirping last night (somewhere between 7 and 9 am), but he hasn't started zipping yet, or anything for that matter. Should i be worried? Its 6 pm in the time im posting this.

Its also hatch day (day 21) im problably just being worried for no reason.

Seems too soon to worry. I dont do chickens myself but I know all the other types of birds I do are sometimes slow to come out.
