Dogs tend to take after their owners. My neighbors are respectful of boundries with their pets now that they know I have birds. My brother's German Shepard, believe it or not, is more interested in herding everyone up rather than being destructive and he only herds when he thinks someone is wandering too far away. To top that, he'll roll anything that comes in the yard that isn't a pet. It's like he knows who belongs. Well, he was introduced to the girls when they were peeps, so maybe everyone is imprinted on each other. A rogue dog is frustrating as hell, especially when the owner is a jackhole that shouldn't own a pet. It can be a moral dilemma, but sometimes the problem needs to disappear Hoffa-style. A bird killing dog will continue to kill birds. Just my opinion.
