Keep your birds in their run and away from it, asap. Do not let them mix.

Post pictures by pressing attach files, but you can look for long feathers on the neck and around the tail for male, red wings or shoulders for male, big red comb and wattles for male.

Diseases and parasites but mostly Disease. Disease is common in chickens, do its best to quarantine new birds far away for a month at least to be sure of health.

Looks like a pullet, possibly a wheaten old English game hen. Someone is probably missing that bird.
