I second the ventilation idea. I put vents on each side of the coop....from what I read they are a really good idea.

Taking the advice from an article in this website, there are two gable vents, two windows, and venting under the eaves.

First coat of paint! Still need to make pop door, roosts, and shingle it.

Great start, but I gotta say it...think more ventilation

Also the base it's on is a great new home for a skunk or other varmits
