A new place to hang out...

My sweetie put this up a few weeks ago and we had given up hope that our pullets would be interested in it at all, they totally ignored it's existence. They are just now 15 weeks old and apparently, it's the new favorite place to hang out starting today. Chickens are so funny.

Thanks! The top of it is about 4 feet off the ground. Our Hamburgs like to fly up into the trees, so we thought they might like it.

my bigest tree in my yard is 4 ft. lol perhaps i will do this on a pole. thank u

Yes, I suppose it is! We thought they might like it better than clinging to tiny branches in the trees. They get up in our trees 20-30 feet off the ground and then make a big fuss about having to get down.
