well, where I grew up it was on down to the Beer Hut every Friday night for all you could eat Cat Fish & Mountain Oysters . . . big black greasy channel cats and huge mountain oysters . . . the turkey fries were a delicacy!

They had duck testicles on Top Chef this season. They called them duck white kidneys.

I've got a guy at work with a standing order for all the rooster fries i can get him. We do alot of dual-purpose so I wind up with a few.

I haven't had them myself, mostly cuz they usually get pretty skwished when anybody but me guts them...I take them and the heart, kidney, liver and gizzard and boil em for the dog to eat.
