A peek in my brooder, 1st time hatching Ducks & Geese...PICS

This was my first attempt at hatching water fowl. I impressed myself with the outcome. So far I have 15 ducks & 2 Geese.... Next week I'm going to set mandarin,woody's & white split.

So what was your recipe for success? I have 5 cayugas and 7 pekin ducks going into lockdown on friday...any tips greatly appreciated!
