A question about bugs on a tree...

I've seen various posts on here about numerous things. A lot of member have a wealth of information so I figured I would try here....
A tree of mine is in distress from a flying beetle.
I'm not sure they type of tree or beetle
Any guesses or suggestions on treatment would be fantastic

Elm leaf beetle. I have never dealt with them.

That's an elm leaf beetle, we have them EVERYWHERE this year.
I haven't found anything that actually works to get rid of them
