My dad built a 60 sqft loop with no outside ran and put 30 chicks in it. There is absolutely no way to add an outside run. My question is what will be the consequences of Iow space? Chicks are all vaccinated with 10 out of them being male.

That isn't enough space for 30 chickens. It's enough now, but once they grow up, they will only have 2 square feet of space, and as each chicken takes about 1 square feet on their own, that leaves them each one square foot to move around in. Not good, as they're each supposed to have 5 square feet each. You also may have problems only having 2 hens to each roo. The roosters may fight over hens, and your hens will get overbred. Are you able to free range them if you can't have a run?

Can you please provide pictures?
If the only space you have to offer these birds is that 60 sq ft, you should only have 5 or 6 birds. And none of them should be cockerels.

I hope he's planning to eat a lot of them? This sounds more like a factory farm type set up or a meat bird pen.

Consequences of lack of space are cannibalistic injuries, overall poorer health and increased flock stress, potentially lots of poop and ammonia build up (bad to smell, bad for birds respiratory systems).

He plans to butcher the cocks.
The coop has excellent ventilation as the walls are built using steel wire mesh. So ammonia buildup won't be an issue, provided he cleans the coop regularly.
