what shall i do if i get some scratch grains ??

Give them about a cup of it once a day.

The eggs they already laid would still be good for hatching. Hens usually lay good fertilized eggs whether or not they are broody, as long as there is a drake around. The corn might help create the type of hormones that make the hens broody, it doesn't affect the eggs.

okaii but by the time i go see if the pet shop got eny scratch grains there will be 20 eggs in with them and i only want 2 hatch about 6 or 7

OK then just keep that many out at a time. That's probably enough to stimulate broodiness, if they are going to go broody. I just remembered they loose some fertility after a week, so remove the oldest ones.

You could take out as many as you don't want and mark the rest with a marker. Then you can take out the older ones and mark the new ones each day, so you can keep the freshest ones in the nest.
