A Question About Hatchers versus Incubators

I am noticing that some people say they transfer the eggs from an incubator to a hatcher when they are almost ready to hatch, and I'm unsure about that.

I have an incubator that automatically turns the eggs, it's a forced air one and the water I add at the bottom front in a little hole.

Now, if these eggs are ready to hatch, I don't have another *hatcher* to transfer them to. Would I possibly be able to just stop this from turning them and leave them in this until they hatch?

And if I remove the dividers between them till they are on the plastic bottom, do I put like a towel under them, or possibly paper towels, etc?

Just wondering! and thanks for any help!

Yes. If I am hatching a lot and my eggs are at different points of development, then I use a hatcher (which is just another incubator without a turner and set at higher humidity). If your eggs are all set together and have the same incubation length (ie you aren't doing chickens or quail at the same time as the guineas) then one incubator is fine.
