A question about roos

Ok, I have a dumb question. I know very little about chickens so please bear with me! I have a 15 week old silkie that with the help of the people on this board we have decided is a roo. My qustion is will roos sit in a nesting position like hens? That is how I see him sitting all the time. Sorry if this is a really stupid question, and thanks for any imput!

I have one roo that does and one that never does, so IMO yes it's possible.

At 15 weeks he might be a she, its hard to tell with silkies !!! Usally you dont know what sex they are in till the crow or lay.

But the answer would be yes, I have seen mine like this also !!
